Avoid this company dresses nice but if you need return so big trouble you need wait money for 1 months and you paying for postage but they still send not full return.

LINKEDIN ACCOUNT HACKED (NOT HACKED BY LAVISH ALICE)

I want to say how wonderful Lavish Alice has been sorting out the problem I had with my LinkedIn account. It wasn't the REAL Lavish Alice who hacked my account, but some person/bot/idiot hacking into accounts and causing chaos.

So, a huge THANK YOU to Lavish Alice for helping to sort out my problem.

Dear Sir/Madam

My LinkedIn account has been hacked by Lavish Alice by someone purporting to be me...as you can imagine I'm livid. I'm guessing that this is not the work of Lavish Alice - at least I hope not - but please can you put in a complaint to LinkedIn. I have already done this and continue to cooperate with them.

This is not good for your business either.

I have tried to contact someone to explain to me why I havent received any updates on my refunds they currently holding 3 dresses almost a month theres no reason for not refunding they were just to small I then order a bigger size and kept the fourth dress I dropped them in one they services you paid £4 they collect the dresses in a location I cannot track any of the returns the page convenient closes and I have no idea if Iam ever going to get my money

I guess i need to bring on legal action otherwise i wont get my money back. You can not hinder people to return items if you offer that in the first place. Its what online business is!! Hi returned an order as it didn't arrive in time as there was a problem with customs for a few weeks I returned this on December 2nd 2022 and haven't received any correspondence since I have emailed (care@***e) a few different times and haven't got one reply on this even do it states allow up to 48hrs this has been weeks now, can I get this sorted asap or I will have to look into higher sources in relation to this matter, thanks

4 dresses ordered in november 2 duplicate size 12 and 14..

1 Item size 14 was returned and confirmation email and royal mail tracking recorded lA received item on 08 12.22 (attached)

I have followed up 2 times ref (201560 & 201508) and advised by email on 19.01.23 it will be 1 working day or 48 hours for a response It is now 25th January 2023 I have not received a response

Your Refund policy says 10 to 15 working days. This has way exceeded timescales

I am still waiting for the refund to be debited back to my account.

Lovely dresses however poor customer service is a let down

I will now escalate this as totally unacceptable.

By the way delivery is £4.00 waiting for your refund is clearly ab issue bought from this company many times never had to return.anything..I won't be shopping with them again. 6 weeks + is unacceptable. I will take it further. Times are very hard .
